Gary Haun

My grandfather, Orval Haun, began manufacturing welders in the 1940's in upstate New York. In 1958 he incorporated with my father Ken and began Haun Welding Supply, Inc. I began repairing welders at the age of 14, attending all of the major welder and generator schools as well as electronics classes and engine rebuilding schools. I was the service manager at Haun Welding Supply for 10 years and in July of 1988 my service department was featured as the cover story in "The Welding Distributor" magazine. I also served as vice president and manager of the Fulton, N.Y. branch. My brother Mark and sister Patti have since taken over and currently have 16 stores throughout upstate NY,  Vermont and Pa.

Customer Service has always been at the forefront of the Haun philosophy and I continue to strive for excellent customer service since my move to Florida in 1995 to start Haun Systems Repair, Inc.

We currently employ 5 people and cover all of central Florida. Lenny Stanko is our plasma expert having attended Thermal Dynamics, Hypertherm and ESAB plasma schools. He is also Lincoln and Miller certified. Brenden  Thompson has been with us for 2 years and is our engine drive specialist. He has attended Miller school as well as the school of Haun. TJ is our driver and is also attending the Haun school. And of course don't hesitate to contact Pat Dorough our fabulous office manager who is always ready to take your calls.
